Single Crystal

Miniature (4.5-7 cm)

4.8 × 0.8 × 0.4 cm
Description

This is a very fine and representive crystal for this probably most important locality for this mineral. We have to rank this material much higher than from any other locality - it is alpine, much more rare and quality and color is the best world-wide. Also this crystal shows highest possible luster, sharp termination, excellent translucency and it shows the pleochroismus very well (unfortunately nearly impossible to capture with the camera). The crystal is complete also backside and quality backside is on same high standard as front display. No significant damaes to report, only bottom was extracted from the rock.
