Description

A wonderful crystal attractively attachted to small matrix. The crystal shows amazing colors and high clarity. This clarity is not very common for Liddicoatite. Many specimen need to be cut in thin discs or they need strong backlight - but not so here. I did photos without any backlight, without any light effects - nothing but daylight. The top of the crystal shows intense yellow color, then you can see strong tones of red and pink, in the middle there is a sharp terminated dark green zoning and the lower area shows olive green to brown color. The crystal is highly lustrous all around and at the base it shows a superb texture, which consists of highly lustrous and sharp terminated micro faces. It is end pointed, sharp terminated and on same highest quality all around. The range of colors is superb and the contrast with white matrix is really excellent. A gorgeous multi-colored crystal.
