Description

The octahedral crystal are up to 11mm on edges. Their habit is a combination of octahedron and rhombendodekaeder. The edges and faces are sharp terminated. They show a glassy character and all faces are highly lsutrous. The color reminds to amethyste. The group is framed with dark green, nearly black chlorite. Finally there is a fine contrast to white, partly crystalized barite. Although there are small nicks, this is a remarkable specimen. The clarity, the color, the sharp habit is exceptional for the locality!
