Description

First of all: the locality is defunct, collecting is prohibited, no new material can be expected. Oberdorf is most important loaclity for strontianite world-wide. Usually strontianite forms tiny, dull, white crystals - no ther place in the world produced strontianite is this dimension and color. This particular specimen shows sprays of light pink-orange, set on white dolomite matrix. Really a nice assemble! Contacted backside, no significant damages to report.
