Description

This is very rare material from Austrian Alps. Barite is not a very common mineral in alpine clefts, so we should rank this one very high for it´s rarity. The specimen is well formed and very tridimensional, although all crystals are white, the specimen shows a good contrast to dark matrix (you can see matrix between the crystals, it consists of dark, crystalized calcite). All crystals are sharp terminated and very glossy. No significent damages to report
