Landsverk #1 Feldspar Quarry, Evje og Hornnes, Agder, Norway
Size Range:

Description

Although this specimen is not lustrous or colorfull, it represents a great rarity - fluorite from norway is generally very rare and hard to obtain. While ago I had the luck the buy a box of self-collected samples from a local collector and so I am happy to offer this material on e-rocks to fluorite-collectors, who appreciate this rare locality. The light beige matrix is covered with a first generation of dark violet fluorite crystals and a second generation of lighter crystals, which show a touch of green. No significent damages to report.
