Description

The specimen is out a very small discovery from 2005 – only two small vugs produced a small number of this so called „Rainbow-Fluorite“. The came out the „Bergmännisch-Glück-Flacher“ vein and there were only a fist full of specimen from this find, this stuff represents one of the most wanted rarities from the entire area. The special feature is the color – you can see a yellow center, many different shades of green, blue and violet along the edges, really amazing and unique in the space of Fluorite. Since I collect and deal with Fluorites I cannot remember how many specimen from China, Namibia, Uk and other prominent localities I had. Even from Hilton Mine, even Alien Fluorites – yes even pink alpine Fluorites I had more quantity than Rainbow Fluorites. I showed one of these spectacular samples in the X-mas auction 2014, now this is the second one of 3 speciman I was able to acquire. Please note that is really an outstanding rarity and nearly impossible to obtain on the common market. 3 is more than I saw during the last ten years. This particular specimen shows satiny luster, minor layer of red Hematite helps to give even more contrast to this sample. No significant damages to report, accept backside was on the rock.
