Each item will have a label with mineral’s species and location. Previous labels will be sent too.
The invoice will not be included in the package, it must be downloaded from e-rocks.
We are not responsible for any import or custom taxes.
All items will be shipped via Portuguese Post Office. I keep the right not to sell an item if not paid in 10 days after the winning e-mail was sent.
Payment by PayPal outside Portugal. Bank transfer inside Portugal.
Refund includes your shipping costs if damage was not mentioned in description. Refund without your shipping cost if you does not like the specimen.
Contact me if you want a different shipping service (Express Mail, DHL), a shipping insurance, a different destination than your postal address, or something else.
