Description

An australian classic: Deep cherry-red rhodonite crystals up to 15 mm in-grown in silvery galena. Most of these specimen were mined in the 1960's and 70's, some of them even date back to the 1900's.
Good specimens are hard to come by nowadays, and turn up only sporadically when old collections are recycled.
