Description

Here is a beautiful cornetite specimen from the type locality, the
"L'Etoile du Congo Mine, Lubumbashi, Haut-Katanga, DR Congo".
The specimen hosts ink blue, radiating groups up to 11 mm diameter and single cornetite crystals as well. Associated with green pseudomalachite and dark green libethenite.

Comes with old label of Ilse A. Wilke, Eppertshausen, Germany.
