Description

A big aggregate of intergrown, whiteish cerussite crystals which are arranged in parallel-grown groups.

Comes with beautiful old label. The label means: "Lanarkit aus dem Toneisensteinvon Zabreze Oberschlesien" (Lanarkite from the clay ironstone of Zabreze, Upper Silesia). 'Lanarkit' was scratched out and was replaced by 'Cerussit'. Because of the pure dimension and locality of this specimen, the species cerussite is indeed most likely.
