Description

Sample of gold flakes from North Korea. The size is up to 1.5 mm. The sample contains 3 larger, 1 very small and 2 non-gold pieces.
This sample was on display on the Tucson show and published on mindat in 2010 by Jolion Ralph.

The rarity of this sample ranges somewhere between Antarctica locations and the moon. This is definitly no new material, potentially this sample was collected between 1910 and WW II by the japanese when they annexed Korea following the Japan-Korea-Annexation-Treaty.
