Description

An interesting, colorful gold matrix specimen: Reddish-brown matrix rock is hosting a white, drusy portion of quartz with freely grown, lustrous crystalline gold. Associated with an unidentified, olive-green and a blackish lustrous mineral (see pic 3).

Unfortunately I was not able to identify a locality named "Edmurundi". I have a similar specimen from origin Christian Rewitzer in my collection labeled Aiyrtau, Nord-Kazakhstan.
