Description

Snow-white tabular calcite crystals on-grown on a first generation of calcite, accompanied by green chlorite.

Found appr. in 1980, ex collection of Hansruedi Dittli-Infanger, Erstfeld, Uri, Switzerland. This specimen is not from the recent NEAT Gotthard base tunnel works, but from the highway tunnel which was constructed between 1970 and 1980.
