Description

A piece of amorphous, white dolomite. The specimen is quite heavy.

A very old specimen from Dr. Krantz stock dated mid 1800's (note the writing "Oestreich") which comes with beautiful antique label and a faded, even older label on-glued on the specimen.
Gurhofian = colloidal dolomite, Dana 6th, 271 (1892).
