Description

An intersting combination from classic Fürstenberg Mine, Schwarzenberg mining district, Saxony, Germany: White translucent quartz crystals up to 13 mm are associated with white calcite prisms unp to 5 mm and colorless fluorite up to 3 mm. The fluorite crystals are a combination of cube and dodecahedron. The calcite shows pink fluorescence under SW UV.

Comes with two antique labels:
The first one is a stamp-like label which is from the famous Mineralien-Niederlage of the Freiberg mining college, Germany, dated 1920-1950, and the second one from an unknown collection - but with the correct mineral species indicated.
