Rosellan-Rosit is an old name for a pink mica pseudomorph after anorthite. The specimen hosts several in-grown aggregates of rosellan.

This is a very old and important specimen, coming with a rare printed label from Dr. A. Krantz dated to 1830-1850 and corresponding on-glued number sticker. The company's location "Berlin" at the bottom of the label gives a hint that the specimen dates back before the movement from Berlin to Bonn in 1850. The most of these old "Berlin" labels show a canceled "Berlin" and subsequent stamped "Bonn" for the new head office location.
The label means: "Roselan, Rosit (Swanberg) in granular lime from Åker in Sweden"
