Description

Here is a large piece of several species on matrix from the famous mines!The piece is at least 40 years old and has crystals of azurite and aggregates of malachite on the same matrix!There is a cavity full of crystals and there are more portions of the piece with crystals.The third macroscopic species possibly is brochanthite.The best is the malachite aggregates,which are very fine for the mine!The piece comes from the collection of a German collection named Rolf Heeren,whom I thank for offering me his pieces!He got most of them from Dr.F. Kranz/Bonn collection!
