Description

The new find from this year is characterized by the most vibrant turquoise color with luster that was absent from all previous finds. 

This unique specimen features some older style mineralization evident where the color is pale to one side, here you will find an isolated azurite psm blade that exhibits alteration revealing it sinner structure in a series of sheathed layers open in the front face.

The pale botryoidal plancheite crusts in the background are reminiscent of the initial find. Clearly natural decay began in this region since the radiating crystals of chrysocolla lost their vibrant color here contrasting with the rest of the mineralization.

Elevated stalactite like structures with acicular sprays of needle like fingers abound as do more developed cubic crystals with multiple terminations at either end.

The presence of malachite adds contrast.
