Description

This is a large richly mineralized specimen featuring at least four minerals in association, you don’t find such fine and almost pristine three dimensional specimens on the market at all.

There is a contact beneath the base that reveals a small amount of dark colored cerussite as the matrix which is lined with rosasite and willemite extending outwards and upwards where the cerussite structure  then becomes colorless and super lustrous standing out strikingly from the other minerals where ever it is not coated completely. The three dimensional piece is impressive since every side features more complex crystal structures in a variation of green colors. The willemite is present both as single barrel shaped crystals as well as aggregated domes measuring up to 8mm across where the individual crystals can still be identified in the surface.

The occasional lustrous cerussite blade pokes out revealing itself again as the base structure randomly all over the place right up to the top. The rosasite plays its role in the underlying color presence, featuring many botryoidal structures time and again where it has not been fully coated by willemite or dolomite. This large specimen offers an interesting paragenesis in terms of the dolomite and willemite sequence.

There is a good overall luster in the willemite despite its textured crystalline surfaces.

This specimen is in a superb condition with some minor bruising along one narrow edge.
