The Cristosud team wishes to offer you the best service. In order to have your parcel shipped as soon as possible, please complete the payment within the 7 days following the purchase date. In cases you want to combine several specimens and save on shipping fees, or you encounter an issue completing the payment, please let us know by emailing us, so we can arrange it together.
We accept returns within 14 days after you received the item, in accordance with the French law. Return fees are at the expense of the buyer, except if you receive a damaged specimen, or an item different from what the description stated.
Do not hesitate to email us if you need more info about a specimen you plan to bid on.
