We use tracked priority parcels to ship the specimens, both over worldwide and domestic addresses. All the specimens are carefully packaged. A shipping insurance is available on request, but may be applied for any high value specimens, with buyer's agreement.
We systematically apply shipping discounts for multiple items won after a calculation of the most favorable shipment rate.

In cases you want to combine several specimens and save on shipping fees, or you encounter an issue completing the payment, please let us know by emailing us, so we can arrange it together.
We accept returns within 14 days after you received the item, in accordance with the French law. Return fees are at the expense of the buyer, except if you receive a damaged specimen, or an item different from what the description stated.
