Description

Giant specimen from the renowned cleft at Piz Regina worked by Alfons Derungs und Michael Flepp in 2000-2004. An impressive chisel quartz towering above a body mainly built-up of dense, faden-like aggregates of lustrous rock crystals. The main crystal has a width of 12.5 cm and a height of about 14 cm. It is in very good condition - please note that the notch in the topmost edge is a natural growth feature, there is only a very small and inconspicuous chip close to it. Some minor ruptures among the rock crystals of the specimen body. Comes with the little metal stand seen in the images.
