Terms and Conditions - November 20th, 2015 RESPONSE TIME: generally respond within 24 hours to questions and requests for purchase, through the contact e-Rocks or directly via e-mail. PAYMENTS: All transactions must be in pounds sterling, US dollars or Euros. The preferred payment is via PayPal. Transactions between buyers and sellers of e-Rocks, using PayPal, are covered by the protection buyer / seller PayPal - subject to terms and conditions. Under the terms of PayPal, as the delivery address we will use only the 'address registered on PayPal. If you want to have an object to another address, please take contact prior to bidding. TRANSPORTATION: Refer to shipping indicated on individual items and to the transport policy on the product page. The shipping costs will be combined when two or more samples are purchased together. We will charge the effective costs. Insurance, register mail or courier alternative can be provided at the expense of the purchaser. RETURNS: Any return must take place within 10 days of receipt item. The costs of return shipment are borne by the buyer.
