This group contains 43 rare or very rare samples found to Somma-Vesuvius. Some of them come from the fumaroles of the Vesuvius crater and probably date from the eruption of 1944. These fumaroles, which were studied by researchers at the Vesuvius Observatory, they were vandalized and destroyed along with the minerals they contained. Dimensions: MM and TN. Weight: about 300 grams.
