We ship international priority registered mail with tracking number. German Postal Services up to a value of 1000 Euro and a weight of 2 Kg. International Flat rate is 10 Euro up to 500grams - 16 Euro up to 1000grams and 26 Euro up to 2000grams. Insurance is included in the price up to a value of 40 Euro. Higher value insurance costs 2 Euro for every 100. For larger parcels up to 31.5 Kg and higher value we use DHL. Prices with DHL vary according to destination and weight. In case of loss or theft the insurance pays full amount and takes between 30 and 60 days. Internation priority mail from Germany normally takes between 7 and 10 working days to reach the destination.
