Description

A very rich specimen of the extremely rare Tl-Pb sulfosalt protochabournéite from its type locality. Protochabournéite occurs as compact masses; the largest mass covers an area of 14 x 6 mm^2. It is associated with red grains of the very rare Cu-Hg-Tl sulfosalt routhierite. An exceptional association of rare Tl sulfosalt species!
