Description

Cassiterite occurs throughout a quartz matrix with one well developed crystal from the historic old Tingha tin field, discovered in the 1870s. This is more of an historic piece than aesthetic and comes the deceased estate of an old time prospector.

The beautiful hand written ink label is a feature of the specimen.
