A cluster of transluscent grey glauberite crystals without matrix. This specimens were dug from this small salt lake about 12 years ago but strangely the surface has not altered to white gypsum as many other specimens have. Evaporite minerals should  be handled with care and are best kept in dry dust free conditions to maintain their appearance.
