Description

An excellent specimen of this rare lead arsenate. This is one of the best specimens I have seen from this mine for a very long time and it consists of a large group of hedyphane crystals up to 3-4mm filling an open vugh on micro grey willemite crystals.

The matrix is mainly white willemite. The hedyphane crystals are stained a slight pinkish colour from iron oxides. Heavy for it's size (85g) it sits well for display.
