Description

This very rare copper arsenate occurs here as pale blue material associated with conichalcite on matrix. Domerockite was IMA approved as a new species in 2009.  

The Dome Rock Mine is the type and only locality. The mineral was found on material collected on old dumps many years ago and specimens are scarce. A microscope is recommended for viewing these minerals.
