Description

A good sample of these two rare bismuth bearing minerals. The bismutite occurs as a massive pale green alteration of darker green micro crystals of namibite. Associated minerals include schorl, quartz chalcopyrite and what is possibly jarosite.

The specimen has been partially sawn flat on the base but this is not evident when on display.
