Description

This is a particularly good quartz specimen for Broken Hill. It has lovely form, sits well for display and has no damage. As an added bonus, there are nice little golden pyrite crystals on the surface and also as inclusions in the quartz. There is no matrix but some clear calcite attached to the base which is quite cavernous and may have originally  formed on large calcite crystals.
