Description

Azurite geodes are well known from this old mine having been described in literature dating back to the 1850's. Often filled with bright blue sparkling micro azurite crystals, this one is complete all round and has some minor chrysocolla attached.

Shows a bladed crystallised exterior.

Collected during the reworking of the mine in the 1970's, no damage and very fine.
