Description

Complex aggregate of lemon yellow sulphur crystals forming a complex cluster. Excellent colour and brightness.

The specimen is not coming from the famous sicilian district, but from another important italian district that has been exploited for years for the production of sulphur. The most known mine in this area was Perticara, but Cabernardi probably produced specimens of even higher quality in terms of brightness.

Though not complete all around, this specimens is a great for the italian mineralogy!

Can be dated to beginning 1900.
