Description

The Jeffrey Mine, now closed, is well known for its beautiful specimens of both grossular garnet and vesuvianite. This particular chrome-rich specimen is well formed, translucent, and lustrous, with a deep, emerald green color that is much vivid and better in person, photo doesn't take justice. These deep green gemmy crystals are the rarest of all the vesuvianite styles, furthermore on the top of one crystal there is a specie that I've not identificated, ex-personal collection.
