Description

Extremely rare relatively new mineral (IMA 2000-043a, but approved in 2003 and article published in 2010) from Tsumeb. It is only found in this locality worldwide, that is of course the type locality. There are only two known minerals with gallium and germanium in its formula and this is one of them.

Even though the sample is very small (0,05 cm) it is very representative of the species and has been analyzed by F.Neuhold of NHM Wien (see REM photo).
