Description

Edenharterite is an extremely rare mineral from Lengenbach, present here in a complex black metallic crystal in good contrast with the white matrix and associated to a bright grey walliste crystal (see labels in photos for identifications). Both crystals have been analyzed (Wallisite is 54% of the hatchite -wallisite series). Additional species present in the specimen are smithite and hutchinsonite in dark red microcrystals.
