Description

A really sweet little miniature featuring pink balls of druzy quartz covered rhodochrosite hosted on a galena and sphalerite matrix.  The sharp pyritohedral pyrite crystal roughly in the middle accents the specimen really nicely, and measures 4.5mm.

Ex. Donald Stockton (1929 - 2016) Collection, with his old label, which note, lists the location only as Peru, but I'm fairly certain this is from Huaron Mines due to a lot of similar material and the same associations I've seen from there before, so I have listed it as such.
