Up to 14 days after you received the item please e-mail us to arrange the refund. Upon auction close, you will be sent an invoice indicating final value of the specimen. Payments must be made within 7 days of auction close. If you would like to purchase multiple items past our 7 day payment period or would like your package held for any reason please hold off on payment until you are ready to have your package shipped to you.
