Normally, CheetahMinerals will respond within 48 h to any questions and purchase requests via the erocks contact and invoice system. However, you can also contact directly via email to [email protected], while social media cannot be answered.

Normally, between two and four days after finishing the auction or purchasing a specimen via the fixed price area, the invoice is sent (preferentially by email). All transactions must be in the currency as requested in the invoice. Preferred payment is via PayPal, this is accessed securely and automatically through the invoice. Payments might also be accepted offline or via interbank electronic transfer (IBAN), details will be supplied if that is your preference. Plase, send a email to [email protected] in such case. No direct credit card transactions can be processed.

After receiving the payment, the parcel with your purchased items will be sent within a reasonable time, unless you request a shipping hold. This has to be proclaimed via email to [email protected].

The intention is to provide specimens that you like to buy. However, in the unexpected case you receive anything that did not match what you intended to acquire, you have a 10-day period for approval and right to return the specimen(s). In such case notify CheetahMinerals immediately (but within the 10 days) and send it back. Once it has been received in the condition it was sent, CheetahMinerals will arrange a refund. If an item is not back with CheetahMinerals after 14 days, it will be assumed that you are intending to keep the specimen and the transaction will become final. However you have to notify your intention to return the specimen(s) within 10 days of receiving it however.
