Description

A very nice silver specimen from this classic Peruvian locality. Most silver specimens from here are of the wire form of the mineral, however what makes this specimen special, is that the silver displays a well formed, elongated crystal habit. Some of the crystals are curved and most have partial overgrowths of other small, lustrous dark crystals, probably of an unidentified AgS mineral. A super specimen to explore under magnification.
