Description

Granite matrix showing a central vug approximately 3.8 cm x 2cm, containing at least 3 partial and 1 perfect, double terminated, beryl crystal. The crystals vary in colour from light green to almost clear. The double terminated crystal is positioned on its side along the side of the vug allowing nice views to be obtained under magnification. It is just over 0.2cm long. Other associated minerals are albite, orthoclase, biotite and smokey quartz. A very nice locality piece.
