Description

Very rare sulfide-halide mineral Chlorbartonite from the Type- and only Locality. It forms brown metallic crystals, crystal fragments and masses on large natrolite crystals. Associated minerals are red-brown astrophyllite and black sphalerite. Astrophyllite occurs as laths, partially as inclusions of natrolite, sphalerite forms black corroded crystals and masses. Very unique mineralization, it was found in 2007.
