Description

Hatchite is a very rare Ag-Tl-Pb-As sulfosalt and is unique to the famous Lengenbach Quarry. It is isostructural with wallisite.

A sharp 1 mm, brilliant metallic, equant, crystal on the sugary dolomite and next to realgar and sparkly pyrite microcrystals.

Beautiful specimen of an extremely rare mineral species.
