This is a very olf specimen from Maucher collection and label.

Rhätizite is a variety of Kyanite - named in 1815 by Abraham Werner in Christian August Siegfried Hoffmann's Handbuch für Mineralogy. Originally thought to be intermediate between tremolite and kyanite based on physical characteristics.

Very rich specimen with two old labels.
