Description

This well-known Bolivian mine produced some the world's largest and finest vivianites from 1981 to 1992.

A striking, highly sculptural, indigo-blue to blue-green vivianite crystal  with textured face is aesthetically set on the matrix plate covered with sparkly golden tarnished pyrite microcrystals.

The impressive large vivianite is doubly terminated and is 3.2 cm tall.
