Description

Richly covered, lustrous blood-red to wine-red crusts of chalcotrichite on matrix from the Cole Shaft of the Copper Queen Mine at Bisbee. Old and very desirable material from Bisbee, especially since the specific mine shaft locality is known, meaning that this was an important specimen when it was collected.

With crystallized native copper.
