Meionite is an uncommon member of the Scapolite Group and this old-time specimen is from the famous Type Locality in Italy.Dozends of beautiful sharply terminated, colorless, gem crystals in a vug.This antique meionite specimen was once in the collection of Gustav Flink, 1849-1931, the famous Swedish mineralogist. The specimen was collected or acquired 1884 and stored in the Stockholm Rijksmuseum.Very good old time specimen with nice old label.
