Plaka Mines, Plaka, Lavrion District, Attiki Prefecture, Greece
Class:
Combination
Size Range:
Small cabinet (7-10 cm)

7 × 5.5 × 2.3 cm
Description

One of my most attractive Greek baryte specimens ever. The contrast between the different orange and red hues of the baryte and the pale green malachite tufts is outstanding. Very aesthetic. On top of it, the specimen is a floater. I can't detect any significant damage. The pictures surely can't do it justice.
